An existing booking may be changed or cancelled only in writing by sending an e-mail to CUMELEN at .

If you cancel up to 15 days of the arrival date, you will be refunded 50{e459d2b42195f49d8aa3b9c388cbb571a4a589b7ae52f4941ac6cbc132f20cfb} of the deposit fees.

Cancellations made later than 15 days before the arrival date will not be refunded.

In case of a no-show, the deposit will not be refunded and the booking will be cancelled.
